I understand that Quality Metal Stamping LLC (QMS) relies upon accuracy of information contained in this employment application, as well as the accuracy of other data I present during the hiring process. I further understand that any misrepresentations, falsifications, or material omissions in any of this information may result in my exclusion from further employment consideration or, if discovered at any time after my employment, termination of that employment. I certify that I have not withheld any information, and the information contained in this application is correct and complete. I agree to complete paperwork necessary to permit QMS to conduct credit, background and court record checks if deemed necessary by QMS. I acknowledge that if I am employed by QMS, my employment is subject to termination with or without cause, at any time, by either me or QMS.
