The company now has over 90,000 square feet of manufacturing space with capabilities including stamping, fabrication, welding, powder coating, tool & die, assembly and more.

Based upon information provided by Stephen Serling of Quality Metal Stamping, a world class metal stamping / fabrication facility and full service custom metal working solutions provider, the company continues to innovate and produce cost effective products for its customers. The fourth-generation family owned and operated business located in Henderson, TN recently invested in a 200 ton AIDA direct drive gap frame servo press, model DSF-C1-2000A, to help it do just that. Its next generation A Series press delivers the latest technology with AIDA’s exclusive Allen-Bradley control and several other enhancements.
Through its strategic partnership with AIDA, the Quality Metal Stamping Team has already achieved nearly a 50% efficiency improvement on parts moved from a mechanical press over to their new AIDA servo press. They’ve done so by taking advantage of the servo press’s complete programmability and optimizing high volume parts to run in pendulum mode, achieving production rates of 110+ spm. Stephen Serling notes that “Quality Metal Stamping is committed to continue to invest in the latest metal forming technology, and our partnership with AIDA will continue to be essential to our future growth.”

2019 Woman of Excellence in Metal Forming & Fabricating
Congratulations to our very own Quality Manager, Cassandra Murchison! She has been honored as a Woman of Excellence for 2019! Cassandra is a dedicated team member who works to serve the customers and her team. She is a great leader and example for the future here at QMS! We are extremely grateful and honored to have Cassandra as a member of the QMS family!
BBQ Festival
A month ago today, Quality Metal Stamping participated in its first annual Chester County BBQ Festival. We set up a booth to sell homemade cookbooks, decorative pumpkins, and cold drinks. The booth was decorated for college football and we had games playing on two TV's all weekend. This was a fun way for our company to be involved in the community. More importantly, this was a great opportunity for QMS to do what it does best, give back. All of the money raised at our booth was donated to the Red Cross to help fund hurricane relief efforts off the coast of Florida. We are very thankful for the opportunity to participate in such a great event, and we will definitely be back next year!
Coming Together and Reaching Out
Earlier this summer, Chester County hosted its annual Relay for Life. It was an evening filled with good food and lots of love. Quality Metal Stamping, made a huge splash with our Hawaiian themed booth. We served up fresh grilled kabobs, porkchops, and chicken along with all the desserts you could hope to eat. All the money raised from our booth was then donated to the American Cancer Society. Our company takes great pride in our family atmosphere in the work place, and it definitely shows through our community involvement. There were a few QMS teammates that we asked what community means to them, and here is what they had to say:
